Sponsorship Opportunities
Diamond Sponsor – $7,500
- Diamond sponsors will be the main event sponsor and will be predominantly displayed on all event signage banners and music stage wraps.
- Will receive 12 VIP wristbands that will allow those individuals to drink and eat for free.
- Mentioned on all radio ads and podcasts for the event.
- A plaque will be presented to the Waterford Library on your behalf.
Beer & Liquor Sponsor – $5,000
- The event will feature a beer distributor/brand and a liquor brand as the primary beverage sponsors. These sponsors will enjoy prominent visibility in event signage and music stage branding, which encompasses event posters, banners, POP displays, stage wrap, and signage.
Platinum Sponsor – $5,000
- Free Shuttle Sponsor and Will be featured on all Shuttle vehicles
- Will be featured on all event signage, posters, and banners
- Will receive 8 VIP wrist bands that will allow those individuals to drink and eat for free
- Featured on the event website and social media pages
- Will be mentioned on stage at all venues throughout the weekend
- A plaque will be presented to the Waterford Library on your behalf
Gold Sponsor – $1,000
- Will be featured on all event signage, posters, and banners
- Will receive 4 VIP wrist bands that will allow those individuals to drink and eat for free
- Featured on the event website and social media pages
- Will be mentioned on stage at all venues throughout the weekend
- A plaque will be presented to the Waterford Library on your behalf
Silver Sponsor – $500
- Will be featured on all event signage, posters, and banners
- Will receive 2 VIP wrist bands that will allow those individuals to drink and eat for free
- Featured on the event website and social media pages
- Will be mentioned on stage at all venues throughout the weekend
- Your name will appear on a group plaque that will be presented to the library
Individual Sponsor – $250
- Featured on the event website and social media pages
- Will be featured on a donor sign that will be displayed at each venue
- Your name will appear on a group plaque that will be presented to the library
